Knowing Lauren personally, it was great to know that I would be looked after out of the gate! Having said that, Lauren was professional throughout and her knowledge of the area and business in general was abundantly evident - all of my (many) questions were answered comprehensively and with confidence (which can only be provided with a certain level of experience!). The only thing I found a challenge was understanding some of the hidden costs - this is much to do with my inexperience as a Brit and the nature of some of the unknowns (such as taxation) - a cost and potential hidden cost cheat sheet kind of thing might have helped with this in hindsight. I would definitely recommend Lauren and have already started recommending her to friends - it was a pleasure doing business with her!
